Creole Italian Meatballs

Side Dish

Makes 36 to 48 depending on size

Ingredients: 
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 onions, finely minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ​1 cup Parmesean cheese, shredded
  • ​Creole seasoning to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • olive oil for frying

Method: 

In a large bowl using your hands, mix all ingredients except olive oil together. Now, grab enough of the ground beef mixture to form 1 to 1½-inch balls. Fry in olive oil over medium heat, turning and browning on all sides. Add to sauce, if using.
