Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces citrus vodka
3/4 ounce creme de violette
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon local honey
large swath of lemon peel

Method:

Build cocktail in shaker and pour entire contents into a rocks glass. Garnish with the large swath of peel. This cocktail will be purple and gold, LSU's colors. The drink is named in honor of their fantastic coach, Les Miles.
