Miss Jean's Mississippi Mud

Serves 10 - 12

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 16 oz. container Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. instant chocolate pudding
4 cups cold milk
Fresh berries (strawberries shown)

Method:

Mix together flour, butter, and nuts and press down in 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350℉ fro 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.

Mix 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese over cool crust. Mix chocolate pudding mixes with 4 cups cold milk and spread over filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill for 2 hours. Serve with fresh berries. Enjoy!
