Superior Seafood's Blueberry Mojito

Makes 1 Cocktail

Ingredients: 
  • 4-5 sprigs of mint
  • 8 blueberries
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
  • ​crushed ice
  • ​3 ounces Bacardi Light Rum
  • splash of soda

Method: 

In a highball glass, muddle together the mint, blueberries, lime wedges, and simple syrup.

​Top with crushed ice, Bacardi rum, and soda. Serve at once.
