- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 small green pepper, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 small red or yellow pepper, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
