Like Peanut Butter and Jelly, the Starks Mayhaw Festival and Spring go hand in hand. And speaking of jelly, this is the place for it! Mayhaw jelly, Mayhaw butter, Mayhaw berries and more—the Starks Mayhaw Festival has it all!

Festival goers can try their hand at jelly-making or try to catch a glimpse of the Mayhaw Queen and her court. With carnival rides, live music, delicious Southern food and enough berries and jelly to go around, the whole family will have something to celebrate!

The festival kicks off Friday afternoon at the corners of Highways 109 and 12. Saturday morning, early birds will be able to start their day off right with hot biscuits, homemade Mayhaw jelly and freshly churned butter. And making the festival even sweeter is the free admission!
