 Abita Springs Earth Festival
Time: 12-4pm

The free festival will feature music, food and activities, including crafts and Highland games for children. The Friends of the Park also will be giving away sapling trees to festival guests, and will have a farmer's market with locally produced and handmade goods. 

The Abita Springs Friends of the Park was instrumental in the installation of has Abita's town playground, the trail that winds through the park and connects to the Tammany Trace, and other projects. Friends of the Park is a non-profit, citizen-run organization dedicated to developing, funding, and implementing park and beautification projects in and around Abita Springs.
