Time:	Cooking starts: 8am; Judging: 1pm
AAVA is hosting their 2nd annual Anything over Rice cook-off on March 12th at Frankie's Saloon in Kaplan, LA. Cooking begins at 8 a.m. with judging starting at 1 p.m.. Categories include 1) Seafood/Wild Game 2) Chicken 3) Beef 4) Pork Grammy winning Zydeco artist Chubby Carrier & the Bayou Swamp Band will perform from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. DJ Cajun Fuel will also be providing music entertainment.
