The Landing Gumbo Cook Off
Time: 2 pm to 6 pm
Join The Landing for the 2019 Gumbo Cook Off on November 9th!  Only a $10 tasting fee and vote on your favorite gumbo!  The LSU vs. Alabama game will be starting at 2:30 and will be on with $3 pints of Octoberfest!  Tasting and judging will be at halftime, approximately 4:00PM.  Tickets not needed, just show up!

COOKS:

Rules:

- $20 Registration Fee to enter

- Register on site at The Landing or reply to this email

- Enter the Chicken and Sausage or Seafood division

- All proceeds go towards winner's choice

- Gumbo must be cooked on site, but food prepping may be done prior

- Must provide your own heat source, ingredients, pot, utensils

- 1.5 gallons of gumbo or more recommended

- Setup begins at 10:00AM

The Landing will provide tables, electricity, rice, spoons, and tasting cups.
