Shreveport-based BBQ restaurant Rib Tip Express, located at 2112 S. Market Street, is organizing the inaugural Rib Tip Express BBQ Cook-Out at Shreveport's Columbia Park. The free event will be held on Saturday, May 31, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. This family-oriented event will feature live entertainment, a talent show, games for kids and BBQ.
