Salaville Cajun Heritage Festival & the Salaville Miss Salaville Cajun Heritage Festival Pageant is an event to be enjoyed by locals and visitors...come experience some of the BEST FOOD, FRIENDLIESS PEOPLE, and GREAT CAJUN TRADITIONS! An Opening Ceremony is scheduled for 6pm-7pm Friday, September 14 with the band following thrugh 10pm Saturday is filled with fun and entertainment with the Louisiana Kids/Rhythms Dance performing 12pm-1pm; then 1pm through 3pm is the Pageant and Introduction of Queens with live music from 3pm-10pm. Sunday kicks off 12pm with live music and entertainment, continuing all day with the band Foret Tradition wrapping the festival up performing 5pm-8pm!
