The festival will feature local Jazz & Blues acts to be announced. 

The mission of the Slidell Jazz and Blues Festival is to promote and support Jazz & Blues in Southeastern Louisiana and the cultural, musical, and artistic enrichment of the Northshore community. Funds generated will support a local program called Notes For Education Northshore, which supports local music education and/or provides music grants or scholarships to local young musicians. It is a project of Leadership Northshore.
