5k starts 9:30 , Cook-off 11:00 
$5.00 separate registration fee for 5K   
5k will begin at 9:30; gates to the cook off will open at 11:00. Teams cook their best soup, chili or gumbo for a chance to be named Best SOUP in Houma. Public will be able to vote for their “Fan Favorite”. There will be music, face painting and a bounce house;  fun for the whole family.
