| The Association celebrates St. Tammany culture with a full week of agricultural and horticultural exhibits, Rodeo, Fair and Rodeo Queen and Princess Pageants, music, food, talent showcases, and of course, the ever-popular Midway rides.The Parish Fair Parade will take place Friday, October 4 at 10:00am and starts on Jefferson Avenue in downtown Covington, travels to Boston and up Columbia Street, concluding at the fairgrounds to opening ceremonies on the Main Stage at 11:00 a.m.
