Orange Know-how

When using oranges in recipes; 3 or 4 medium oranges will yield about 1 cup of juice. It will take 2 medium oranges to yield a cup of bite-sized pieces. Each orange usually has 10 to 12 sections and wil lproduce about4 teaspoons of zest.
