Makes 2 loaves

Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 8 mini loaf pans.
Place the bananas in a large bowl and add the sugar. Mix (beater) until bananas are liquefied (can be done in a blender). Add the butter (room temperature) and cream together with banana mixture. Add all other ingredients and blend well, making certain to distribute cranberries and chopped walnuts throughout. Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour for regular loaf pans and 30 minutes for mini-pans.
The bread is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
