Seasoning Paste

  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1½ teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon plus ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel

  • 1 pound macaroni

  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
