Easy Peeling Peaches

Submitted by admin

As you probably know, a unless a vegetable peeler is new and very sharp, it doesn't work well on a peach, and a pairing knife produces uneven results. Try blanching your peaches in boiling water for a minute. Use a large slotted spon to dunk them in boiling water, allow each to sit a minute, then dunk them in cold water. The skins will come right off and you'll be left with smooth peaches.
