Join the staff at Fort Jesup as we celebrate Christmas in the 1800s. Guest can learn about the history of Christmas in early America, try their hand at making historic paper fan Christmas ornaments, and then sample tasty treats from the old kitchen. An open hearth cooking demonstration of period Christmas dishes will be ongoing throughout the day.
