| The Great American Seafood Cook-Off is an annual event that pits the nation's best chefs against recognized culinary greats from around the United States. This event started and presented by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board for the last 10 years has Chefs creating unique dishes using domestic seafood. Louisiana will be represented by Chef Aaron Burgau this year. | |
