The KCS Holiday Express will make a stop in Downtown Monroe. Don’t miss this festive six car train featuring the smiling tank car “Rudy;” a flatcar carrying Santa’s sleigh, reindeer, and a miniature village; a ginger bread boxcar; an elves’ workshop; the reindeer stable; and a little red caboose. Guests are invited to tour the train and visit with Santa! This event will be great for the whole family!
