Come one and all for an IBCA Sanctioned BBQ cook-off held at beautiful Memorial "Strawberry Festival" park.  Last year nearly 60 teams participated for cash prizes worth more than $5000 making this the largest BBQ Contest in the State! Cook arrival and set up October 17th! BBQ Masters from all over the South will be cooking chicken, ribs, and brisket!
