Friday 6:00 – 11:00, Saturday 12:00 – 5:00 and 6:00 – 11:00, Sunday 12:00 – 5:00 and 5:00 – 10:00

Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church & School invites St. Bernard Parish residents and visitors to celebrate a local delicacy and kick-off the Creole tomato season with delicious food including Raw and Grilled Oysters, Tomato-a-la-Chalmette, BBQ Shrimp, Jambalaya, Shrimp Fettuccini, Crawfish Fried Rice, Italian Sausage, Pizza, Funnel Cakes, Chicken Strips, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and much more. The weekend features live local entertainment, games, & rides.  The annual Tomato Queen Pagaent and Baby Contests are held on the Saturday of the festival and a 5K race and Fun Run is held before the festival.

Amusement Rides

P.O.P ride armbands will be available for $15 in advance and $20 on grounds (prices subject to change).
 
WEEKEND armbands will be available for $45 in advance and $50 on grounds (prices subject to change).
WEEKEND and P.O.P. armbands may be purchased in advance the week before the fair from 6:00 to 8:00pm on the blacktop near the gym.
 
Tomato Queen Pageant
The pageant is open to young ladies currently residing in Louisiana, who presently attend school and are between the ages of 13 – 16 for the Teen division and 17 – 21 for the Miss division. The cost of entry is $100. The pageant will be held during the Tomato Festival, in the school cafeteria on Saturday, May 3rd. Applications may be picked up at the school office and church rectory or downloaded from the school website www.olpsschool.org. Winning contestants will receive $150 cash prize, with Miss Queen receiving paid entry into the Queen of Queens’ Pageant.
