Lower Calorie Creamy Salad Dressing

Try using a really ripe avocado in place of low fat mayonnaise when making a creamy salad dressing, or use it in place of oil to make a creamy vinaigrette. One cup of avocado has about 400 calories, one cup of low fat mayonnaise has about 525 calories, a full fat one about 960, one cup of olive oil has 1,600 calories.
