The growth, prosperity, and culture are what make Scott a great place to live, work and experience the “joie de vivre”.  So come by and have a taste of BOUDIN, enjoy great entertainment, exciting carnival rides, other activities and all that Scott has to offer in a wonderful family-oriented atmosphere. A family oriented weekend with great bands, Cajun food, arts and crafts, carnival rides, boudin eating contest. This is an annual festival held the first weekend in April
