Southern Candymakers Special Green Salad with Ginger Dressing

Serves 6 to 8



  • 1 large bag pre-washed mesclun salad greens
  • segments from 3 Louisiana satsumas
  • 1 cup Southern Candymaker’s Glazed Pecan pieces


Ginger Dressing (Makes about 3/4 cup)

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger









Mix the greens and satsumas in a large salad bowl.

Add the pecans and toss.

Serve with dressing.


Ginger Dressing

Whisk all ingredients together.
