Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Topping

This recipe is about as easy at it gets.
Boil and mash sweet potatoes. Add the remaining casserole ingredients and combine well. Place all the sweet potato mixture into a casserole dish.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Whisk the flower into the melted butter until incorporated. Add pecans and sugar and mix well. Spread the topping over the sweet potatoes in the dish.
Bake at 350˚F uncovered for about 30 minutes. When topping seems crisp it's done.
