A Trip to Rambla

Jyl and I stopped in Rambla last night for a glass of wine and to taste some of Chef Lopez's awesome food. He sent out plates of assorted charcuterie, including bacon jelly, caramelized brussels sprouts with apple and braised face bacon, and these:
