New Orleans Muffuletta Sandwich

Makes 1 sandwich
On Italian, French bread or a muffuletta loaf, layer Genoa salami, ham, mortadella and provolone cheese.
Slice the bread lengthwise.
Scoop out a little bread to make room for the layering.
Dampen each side of bread with juice from the olive salad and minced garlic (optional).
Put layer of salami, a thick layer of olive salad and then layer of provolone cheese.
Add a final layer of Italian ham, mortadella, and sprinkle with a little more minced garlic and cover with top half of loaf.
The quantities and layering are your choice.
Can be served hot or cold.
