This fully-supported cycling event offers bicyclists of all ability levels a wide array of marked routes through Louisiana’s premiere hill country, including a 10 mile fun ride, 36, 45 and 63 mile routes, and even an off-road tour venue. Come and experience the backroads of scenic West Feliciana Parish as you pedal your way under the shade of century-old live oaks, navigate its big hills and deep hollows, leisurely steer your way past beautiful pastoral scenes and traverse the sandy creeks over low-water bridges. The tours will start and end at West Feliciana’s magnificent Sports Park, which is also home to “The Beast”, Louisiana’s foremost 6.5 mile off-road biking trail, for those mountain bikers desiring an alternate, but memorable route.

The entry fee of $40 per rider includes a custom event t-shirt, water bottle, and a delicious post-ride meal complete with liquid refreshments including beer. Cost of registration increases to $50 after September 10th. Conveniently located rest stops will feature snacks, sports drink, water and restrooms. SAG support and route maps with cue sheets will be available and road surface markings / signage will be in use. Law Enforcement and EMS personnel will also be on hand to provide traffic control and medical assistance. The Tour is not intended to be a race, but rather an enjoyable recreational experience in which to have fun with family and friends while supporting a great cause. (route maps are attached) SNELL or ANSI approved helmets are required for all participants, and all entrants must be at least 12 years of age. Participants under the age of 18 will require the written consent of their Parent(s) or Legal Guardian and children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The tours will commence as follows: 65 mile – 8:00 am; 45 mile – 8:30 am; 36 mile – 9:00 am; 10 mile fun ride – 10:00 am; “The Beast” off-road trail will be open to mountain bikers from 8:30 am – 12 noon.
