This classic car show is taking place at the Covington Trailhead all day. Locals and out of towners are invited to come walk around Covington and enjoy this fun family event on Saturday, April 7 from 10am to 6pm.

Awards will be given for the Top 10 favorite vehicles, as well as Best of Show and Mayor's Award. All registered cars will be eligible for a $500 cash prize and other awards. Admission is free and open to the public (spectators). Car show participants must register; registration is $20 early-bird and $25 after the deadline. The deadline will be published on the City of Covington's event calendar.

In the event of rain, the car show will be held one week later on April 14, the fourth day of A Taste of Covington Wine and Food Experience, and at 6pm, Spring for Art through the historic St. John District.

The Lions Club Car Show benefits Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation and Louisiana Lions Handicapped Children's Camp.
