8 - 4:30 PM Ten archaeologists from New Orleans, East Texas, South Louisiana and Northwest Louisiana will meet with the Creole community to discuss their on-going research with the various Creole communities from across Louisiana and the world. These discussions will be augmented by visuals and exhibits of Creole archaeology from Cane River Louisiana and colonial Texas-Louisiana. 6 - 11 PM Heavy evening buffet and Creole dance with the zydeco band, Music by Lil’ Wayne and the Same Ol’ Two-Step |
