| "Fireworks on the River," our annual Independence Day Celebration will be held at Nall Park. Everyone is invited. Please come out with your family, bring your lawn chairs and plan to spend the evening in a family atmosphere. Prior to the fireworks, we will enjoy the music of J.C. Melancon Band. The entertainment will begin around 6:30pm. There will be two fun jumps for the kids to play. Cokes, hot dogs, and watermelon will be served. Ice chests are permitted, but no bottles please. We will cap off the evening with a great fireworks display complete with patriotic music at dusk (usually around 9pm). The Fire Department and its volunteers will supervise the fireworks display, as always. Hope to see you and your family there as we gather to celebrate our Nation's 237th Birthday. | |
