| The Annual Gumbo Cookoff will be held in Henry Guidry Memorial Park in Henderson on March 8th. Team Registration begins at 9 am. Admission fee allows you to eat gumbo by teams! Serving begins at 3 pm. Live music starts at noon. Gumbo Cookoff Catagories: Chicken & Sausage or Seafood. $60 Entry Fee per team per catagory.
