Are you a serious cheese lover who is always looking for the right thing to pair with your cheese plate? We are here to help. Back by popular demand, Slow Food North Louisiana presents Husk, Hull, & Rind: a beer, wine, and cheese pairing. This is a delicious partnership between Great Raft and Wine Country Bistro to support the programming of Slow Food North Louisiana. This event has sold out in the past. Each attendee receives a Husk, Hull, & Rind souvenir glass, a chance for a door prize, and a tasting card with discount offers from sponsoring businesses. You will visit numerous stations with expert pairings of wine, beer, and cheese; there will be guides on hand to share details on the whys and hows of your taste experience.
