The day includes children's activities, musical entertainment, a spectacular fireworks show, food and fun! Natchitoches is illuminated with over 300,000 Christmas lights and 100+ lighted set pieces on the riverbank of Cane River Lake in Downtown Natchitoches. Free event.

* 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. “Turn on the Holidays!” A Louisiana Main to Main Event! Join us for the official start to the Natchitoches Christmas season as we turn on the Christmas lights for the first time. This all day event features live musical entertainment, children’s activities, and Fireworks!
