World championship powerboat racing comes to the Red River. Viewing from Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets and Sam's Town Casino. Viewing areas on both sides of the river. The Kid Zone is located at the Louisiana Boardwalk under the bridge (there is an admission fee for Kid Zone). There is an adults-only viewing area on the roof of Sam's Town Casino.
