Here's an event based on what Cajun Country and St. Landry Parish is known for—food! In 2016, more than 400+ people sampled food from 25 chefs who fascinated taste buds. 2017 will host several chefs in which a panel of judges will select winners in amateur and professional categories. A People's Choice award will be voted on by attendees.

Let the good times roll with live music featuring Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie. Also enjoy a cash bar, and walk away with items the silent and live auctions. Proceeds benefit the Eunice Community Health Center Clinic, which provides free and at-cost medical care for the working uninsured and under-insured people of the surrounding areas.
