The biggest wine tasting on the Northshore!  Select Brands was looking for a partner to host this event on the Northshore and when our Executive Director heard that she was all on board! Dwayne and Charlene Shockley have been awesome partners with the HFOS since before the first event.  They also participate in the Crawfish Cook-Off.

Held at Benedicts Plantation the second Thursday of each November, Select Brands donates over 100 wines that are available to taste.  10 -12 local restaurants share their signature dishes for patrons to taste. A live and silent auction is a part of the event. A trip to wine country in California is typically up for auction. Raffle tickets for 2 prizes, 100 bottles of wine and then 50 bottles of wine are also another part of the event. Wines that are tasted that night may be ordered at the event through Acquistapace Supermarket. Tickets are available at Acquistapace Supermarket in Covington, and through the HOFS office.

Guest for the wine and dine come from Picayune and New Orleans to sample the wines at this event.
