Let Us Pick Your Brain Dear FIRST NAME: First, thank you for subscribing to Louisiana Kitchen & Culture. I know there are a lot of choices out there, and I thank you for choosing our magazine. Next, I want to give you the opportunity to speak your mind. I rely on information from you on a daily basis as we make decions on covers, what content we assign to writers, the photographs we run, and the recipes we select for publication. We're a year old now, and are mapping out our second year. I've put together a 16-question survey that deals mainly with what you think of the magazine as a whole; one question is specifically about the March/April edition of the magazine, pictured here.
