We are deep into cooking the food for the July/August edition of Louisiana Kitchen & Culture; on the menu this week, a modern take on an old fashioned banana pudding, Shrimp Corn Dogs with Candied Pepper Glaze, Lemon Shrimp and Green Beans, Salted Caramel Corn Ice Cream, Teriyaki Shrimp Skewers, and a wondrous shrimp salad. The Royal Street Stroll is tonight, and you'll find us at the Grand Tastings Friday night and Saturday afternoon.
