Kitchen and Culture is an emerging new media company located in New Orleans, LA. Susan Ford and Jyl Benson—the co-founders—love great food, are great cooks, are proud of Louisiana cultural traditions, and love to share their passion with locals, visitors, and ex-pats who are still fans of the region.

Kitchen and Culture's first media property is Louisiana Kitchen, launched in digital format in November 2011 and slated for a print debut in March 2012.
