| The festival will once again be held in Kiroli Park in West Monroe, La. and will be held on Saturday, October 4. The festival will remain a free, family friendly event. It will also return to a more traditional lineup of Celtic artists and will again feature Scottish Highland Games along with traditional Irish Step Dancing. | |
