| This festival takes place in the historic town of Washington. The festival kicks off on Thursday and Friday with live music. Activities on Saturday and Sunday featuring live Cajun, Creole, Zydeco, Swamp Pop and R&B music, native crafts, exhibits, a parade, antiques, food booths, arts and crafts and a catfish cook-off on Sunday. Washington Catfish Festival is held the third weekend in April every year. | |
