 Nestled in the historic Lake Charles Downtown, over 200 wines and over 30 restaurants are staged for the Rouge et Blanc patrons to sample. The grounds of the 1911 Historic City Hall and the Calcasieu Parish Courthouse paint the picturesque backdrop behind a day of wine, food, music, and sharing time with friends, neighbors, and guests. The event has grown to represent not only the sole fundraiser for the Banners Series, but also as a jewel in the crown of our SWLA social offerings. The patrons represent not only the five parish home of the festival, but also state and nation wide visitors.
