Margaritaville is pleased to sponsor the first annual, “Paws in Paradise” pet festival; an adoption event and FUNdraiser. Bring your family and your leashed and friendly dogs and don’t forget those pet costumes for the animal costume contest! Lunch plates will be sold, so bring your appetite too.

There will $20 microchipping (cash or credit card), pet products and group services. Face painting by Faces Alive is from 12:30-3 p.m. There will be drawings for a two-night hotel stay, dinner at Jimmy's Seafood and Steak restaurant, and other prizes. Guests can also expect a special visit from Shreveport’s own Braveheart at 12:30 p.m.

All donations collected as well as funds raised by t-shirt and food sales, will be donated to the registered local nonprofit rescues. There will be many nonprofit animal rescue organizations at the festival bringing adorable and adoptable pets. These rescues work tirelessly to improve the lives and welfare of animals. Our festival goal is to help these rescues. It will be a day of great family fun and who knows? Your new pet may be right there, waiting for you
