For the past 18 years, the St. Landry Chamber of Commerce has brought the most amazing dishes from the area’s most notable chefs together for the enjoyment of others. This year will be no different as the Chamber hosts the 2017 Soirée Royale.

The event will have chefs from all over Louisiana to compete in several categories that will consist of Best Appetizer, Best Soup, Best Meat, Best Seafood, Best Chocolate, Best Dessert, Best Yam, People’s Choice Award and Best of Show. These categories will give each chef the opportunity to showcase their culinary abilities.
