Wondering how to bring some zest to your salads. Try any of these garnishes alone or in some combination.
Top your salads with: croutons, toasted pumpkin seeds, broken pecans or walnuts, crumbled crisp-cooked bacon, parsley sprigs, hard boiled eggs - sliced, carrot curls, anchovy fillets, snipped chives, cubed tofu or raisins.
