Warm Cranberry Brie With Pecans

Serves a crowd
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Bake pecans in a single layer on a sheet for 5 minutes until toasted.
Trim rind from top of Brie leaving a a 1/3 inch border at the top. Place Brie on a baking sheet. Stir together the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, spiced rum(or orange juice) and nutmeg. Spread mixture evenly over top of Brie round.
Bake Brie for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped toasted pecans.
Serve wth the assortment of sliced apples and pears and your favorite crackers.
