Holiday Arts Tour is a celebration of the arts in north Louisiana. Artists of many genres are hosted by local merchants for a weekend of arts, music and shopping. The Tour also includes free art-related activities for children, free musical performances by regional talent, and open studios of area artists. The tour is one of North Central LA Arts Council (NCLAC) most popular programs, as it combines local musicians, literary and visual artists, with downtown businesses and area art studios—and presents everything together for the public, with entertainment for all ages.
